How to view the permissions of file and folder?
Right click on the file or folder.
Select properties and security.
If you want to edit you can edit.

How file look up should be?
If you place appropriate names then it will be easy to view.
For example if we have drawn some diagrams.
We can place it in folder named as drawings.

Why the file look up is used to be on left side?
Humans read from left to right.

Default folders on computer:
Downloads.
Recycle bin.
Pictures.
Videos.

Downloads:
Whenever we download a file or images it will be stored in it.


Recycle bin:
When you deleted by mistakenly it will be stored.
